LOCAL / MASSAGE & SPA

A compelling offer.

The growth constraint

The client was struggling to make acquisition profitable. The campaign needed both an accessible introductory offer and a consistent way to turn enquiries into scheduled appointments.

The conversion system

  1. A specific introductory offer. A 30-minute RMT massage for $37 gave new customers a clear first step.
  2. Automated email follow-up. A sequence of five to seven emails asked leads to choose a booking time.
  3. SMS and personal contact. Automated text messages supported follow-up, while staff received lead details and called to book.

THE BOOKING OUTCOME

112 appointments from 270 leads.

The original report lists a 41.4% booking rate. The documented instant revenue calculation is 112 × $37 = $4,144.

The source contains conflicting ad-spend figures ($843 and $884), so no CPL or ROAS is calculated here. Its $28,000 lifetime-value figure assumes $250 per customer and is illustrative, not verified realized revenue. 112 ÷ 270 rounds to 41.5%; 41.4% is the source-reported rate.

The lesson

Lead generation and appointment conversion belong in the same strategy. The offer created a reason to respond; consistent follow-up created a path to booking.
